Cancellation & No Refund Policies
Your appointments are very important to us at Shear Sugar Salon and they are reserved especially for you.
We understand that sometimes you’ll need to reschedule an appointment. As a result, we respectfully request at least 48 hours of notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you cancel outside of the 48 hr window, we miss the opportunity to schedule appointments with guests on our waiting list.
Less than 24 hours of notice will result in 50%cancellation fee.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service amount; you will be considered a “no show” if you don’t show up within fifteen minutes of your appointment start time.
Deposits • All services require a non-refundable deposit. Deposits are transferable with a 24-hour notice for rescheduling.
No-Show Policy • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost, which must be paid before booking future appointments.
Refunds and Returns • No refunds on services. Concerns must be addressed within 48 hours for complimentary adjustments. Unused retail products can be returned within 7 days.
Pricing and Payments • Prices may vary based on hair length and thickness. Payment is due upon service completion.
Hair Extensions and Color • Consultations are required for hair extensions. Maintenance is essential every 4-12 weeks depending on the method.
Health and Safety • Service may be refused to anyone showing signs of illness. Children under 12 are not allowed unless receiving a service.
